Victoria 3 laws3/1/2023 The same moment they accepted "protecting" me they started taking away all my goods and left me with nothing, then I couldn't even import because I don't know. I had this case yesterday when I played as Massina, a country in midwest Africa (to the left of Sokoto) and asked France for protectorate because they were colonizing the area like crazy and I feared they would try to annex my country as well. I don't understand from where I'm supposed to import goods, how many of them and i also have no idea how to avoid other countries from taking away my production when I need it for myself. In 100 000 years Lake Victoria has dried up three times. Even the new "Tell me how" and "Tell me why" thing doesn't help at all. The flooding has affected water resources, agriculture and food security, health and sanitation, fisheries, and energy and infrastructure. I've read all the dev diaries that have something to do with trade (#37,#38,#39 and #54), watched the videos and they just go over things so fast and without real explanation of the meaning of things that when I have to do it I have no idea what to do. I tested the community patch leak to see how it is and I like it a lot but have a terrible time with trade. Now I just discovered Vicky last week and have been impressed by the huge scope of this game. With the Hearts of Iron game the main problem was managing resources, understanding how to set up troops and move them in battle. With Crusader Kings games the most difficulties I had were with the moving troops in battles. I must admit I was more of a Total War type of player but I got really mad when they all of a sudden cut any progress with 3 Kingdoms. ![]() Only played some hours with Crusader Kings II, about 20 hours with Crusader Kings 3 and about 50 hours of HOI IV. For some context, I'm quite unexperienced with Paradox titles.
